I have been a loyal customer of VacationDreams Resorts for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-3710-RIV-5132) on October 23, 1989, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

It's now been 5 days since my initial complaint, and VacationDreams Resorts still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their training session.
