Billing dispute with FastTrack Car Rental

I have been a loyal customer of FastTrack Car Rental for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-6473-FMC-8576) on April 30, 1980, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
