I have been a loyal customer of MedTech Innovations for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-7179-OKU-5962) on February 18, 2008, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because MedTech Innovations finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the jacket, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
