I am writing regarding order #ORD-8699-CJZ-1624 placed with SeniorCare Services on July 7, 1986. I paid $475.28 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Myles A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
