I want to report a serious concern with LifeSciences Research's service that I purchased on January 3, 2022 from your Marleyport, New Mexico store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dario V., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 13, 2025 05:54I've received an email from Joseph Thompson at LifeSciences Research offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The t-shirt was clearly defective from the start.
