I have been a loyal customer of RehabWorks Therapy for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-3933-JLU-2627) on February 7, 1971, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
