Frustrated with RetireWell Pension's lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of RetireWell Pension for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-2286-RTV-6879) on March 19, 1978, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Apr 26, 2025 05:14I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The fitness tracker from RetireWell Pension not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
