Unresolved issue with AssetMax Management product

I purchased a application from AssetMax Management on August 21, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Emmitt O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 25, 2025 05:43I want to acknowledge that AssetMax Management has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $294.91 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $294.91 for a athletic shoes that never worked properly.
