I have been a loyal customer of WealthWise Advisors for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-4613-GXQ-2608) on April 17, 2020, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Apr 28, 2025 05:41Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $371.48 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
