I want to report a serious concern with WealthWise Advisors's item that I purchased on July 1, 1985 from your Alexisberg, Idaho store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kaylie X., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 17, 2025 05:50I want to acknowledge that WealthWise Advisors has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $27.56 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $27.56 for a handbag that never worked properly.
