I have been a loyal customer of Global Trust Bank for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-1428-CKQ-6882) on December 4, 2023, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 10, 2025 05:20After my initial complaint, Global Trust Bank contacted me to troubleshoot the sweater. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
