I have been a loyal customer of TechBazaar for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-1007-CTP-2555) on January 9, 2020, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After speaking with Robert Taylor from the Service Excellence at TechBazaar, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
