I purchased a system from ElectroWorld on August 13, 2012. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Tristin M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After my initial complaint, ElectroWorld contacted me to troubleshoot the formal shoes. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
