I want to report a serious concern with FashionFusion Apparel's package that I purchased on November 26, 2020 from your North Londonmouth, Minnesota store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Magnolia R., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jeans from FashionFusion Apparel not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
