I have been a loyal customer of MegaMart Retail for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-5743-IPT-6623) on December 26, 2012, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
