I have been a loyal customer of MegaMart Retail for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-5743-IPT-6623) on December 26, 2012, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After speaking with Rowan Hernandez from the Client Relations at MegaMart Retail, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
