I'm writing to complain about the maintenance program I received from XYZ Internet. After paying $789.7 for item, I found that it had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Irwin Y., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 11, 2025 05:14Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $187.70 refund only covers part of what I paid for the extended warranty, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
