I am writing regarding order #ORD-2592-LXG-8570 placed with TeleSystems International on June 15, 1991. I paid $771.80 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hortense K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
