Poor customer service experience with ConnectX Mobile

On August 25, 2012, I signed up for ConnectX Mobile's repair service at their Bernierland, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $774.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Caroline I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
