I want to report a serious concern with TeleVista Networks's product that I purchased on January 4, 1972 from your North Rodrickstad, Utah store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Otilia I., but my issue remains unresolved.
