I purchased a item from FastLink Communications on April 15, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Clovis A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 16, 2025 05:59After my initial complaint, FastLink Communications contacted me to troubleshoot the sweater. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
