I am writing regarding order #ORD-3856-DAK-7002 placed with NetCore Systems on August 28, 1981. I paid $261.38 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Wilmer G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because NetCore Systems finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the t-shirt, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
