I am writing regarding order #ORD-7376-WAO-1363 placed with DataSphere Analytics on July 27, 1992. I paid $547.17 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Conrad I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that DataSphere Analytics has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $165.85 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $165.85 for a handbag that never worked properly.
