I purchased a tool from InnovateTech Systems on July 28, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Martin C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 20, 2025 05:47Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $189.52 refund only covers part of what I paid for the extended warranty, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
