I am writing regarding order #ORD-9390-TXG-8735 placed with Digital Dynamics on February 13, 2006. I paid $888.35 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mozelle Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because Digital Dynamics finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the dress shirt, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
