Misleading advertising by Digital Dynamics

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9390-TXG-8735 placed with Digital Dynamics on February 13, 2006. I paid $888.35 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mozelle Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
