I want to report a serious concern with TechNova Solutions's gadget that I purchased on June 22, 2000 from your Strackeview, New Jersey store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Brigitte Z., but my issue remains unresolved.

I've received an email from Quinn Allen at TechNova Solutions offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The fitness tracker was clearly defective from the start.
