On December 10, 2024, I signed up for Choice Ventures Group's maintenance plan at their Weberview, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $687.86, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carley R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Choice Ventures Group to correct my personal information.

I've received an email from Michael Smith at Choice Ventures Group offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The microwave was clearly defective from the start.
