I have been a loyal customer of Choice Ventures Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-9478-EDZ-3596) on May 18, 2025, and have encountered found foreign objects in the product. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect Choice Ventures Group to take responsibility and honor the advertised price.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Choice Ventures Group has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their repair service.
