I am writing regarding order #ORD-1728-UMD-3975 placed with Royal Housing LLC on March 15, 2025. I paid $816.91 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dorcas D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Royal Housing LLC resolve the technical issues as soon as possible.

The situation with Royal Housing LLC has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the customization service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-C0E0B708 multiple times.
