I am writing regarding order #ORD-5200-OPT-1869 placed with Defender Defense Offices International on February 22, 2025. I paid $688.25 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered received the wrong item. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Howell K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Defender Defense Offices International to make this right by waive the cancellation fees.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Defender Defense Offices International has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their customization service.
