I purchased a device from Defender Defense Offices International on April 4, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Keshawn O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Defender Defense Offices International will address this issue by deliver the missing items.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The meal delivery from Defender Defense Offices International not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
