I ordered delivery from Traditional Food Café on March 11, 2025 (order #ORD-3345-KYS-6311) totaling $60.87. The food arrived faced system outages and was barely edible. When I called to report this, Van B. offered only a partial refund despite the fact that most of the food was inedible. I would like Traditional Food Café to provide the promised service.

May 17, 2025 05:23I appreciate Traditional Food Café reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement formal shoes has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
