Complaint Details

I ordered delivery from Feast Specialties on February 7, 2025 (order #ORD-7736-EAF-8706) totaling $180.85. The food arrived has a manufacturing defect and was barely edible. When I called to report this, Sadie H. offered only a partial refund despite the fact that most of the food was inedible. I am asking Feast Specialties to make this right by stop their deceptive business practices.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Feast Specialties has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their premium membership.
