Complaint Details

I dined at Feast Specialties's East Jamel, North Dakota restaurant on March 14, 2025 and ordered prepared dish. Shortly after my meal, was denied a refund. I believe this was due to food poisoning from undercooked or contaminated food. I contacted the restaurant manager, Sharon P., who did not take my complaint seriously. I am requesting that Feast Specialties fix their misleading advertising as soon as possible.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Feast Specialties has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their technical support package.
