Complaint Details

I want to report a serious concern with Advocate Team of Advocate Corp.'s membership that I purchased on November 26, 2024 from your Madisonton, Washington store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Tina P., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking Advocate Team of Advocate Corp. to make this right by issue a formal apology.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The restaurant order from Advocate Team of Advocate Corp. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
