I purchased a item from Knowledge Center Ajman on December 3, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hayley W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Knowledge Center Ajman to improve their customer service training.
