I purchased a package from Properties & Ventures International on March 27, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced found security vulnerabilities. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Yessenia W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that Properties & Ventures International fix the security vulnerability as soon as possible.

I've received an email from Avery Wilson at Properties & Ventures International offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The blender was clearly defective from the start.
