Complaint Details

On May 18, 2025, I signed up for Properties & Ventures International's installation service at their Kuhlmantown, Texas location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $820.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Samson B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that Properties & Ventures International deliver the missing items as soon as possible.

I'm updating my complaint because Properties & Ventures International finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the microwave, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
