Prime Housing Group refused to address couldn't access my account

On March 3, 2025, I signed up for Prime Housing Group's premium support at their Rodriguezmouth, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $107.57, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Garrett T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Prime Housing Group to make their terms and conditions clearer.
