On April 22, 2025, I signed up for Prime Housing Group's subscription service at their North Katrinaville, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $434.03, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Franz B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope Prime Housing Group will address this issue by resolve the technical issues.

The situation with Prime Housing Group has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the customization service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-8BE8D5F3 multiple times.
