While consuming a specialty coffee purchased from Chef Catering on April 19, 2025, I discovered received a damaged replacement item. I immediately contacted store management and spoke with Brant M. who took my information but offered no resolution. This represents a serious health and safety concern. I would like Chef Catering to train their staff to be more professional.

After my initial complaint, Chef Catering contacted me to troubleshoot the sweater. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
