I am writing regarding order #ORD-9789-JLQ-3617 placed with Royal Partners International on January 22, 2025. I paid $709.6 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Wallace B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Royal Partners International to take responsibility and update their return policy.
