On May 6, 2025, I signed up for Royal Partners International's warranty service at their Port Shyann, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $992.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Eriberto C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Royal Partners International to make this right by replace the defective product.

I'm updating my complaint because Royal Partners International finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the furniture set, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
