I'm writing to complain about the premium support I received from Builders Team. After paying $257.94 for equipment, I found that it received the wrong item. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Morris G., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Builders Team to take responsibility and reimburse me for additional expenses.
