Unresolved issue with Builders Team item
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Builders Team for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-6041-ACG-0069) on December 25, 2024, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like Builders Team to issue a formal apology.

May 06, 2025 05:22I want to acknowledge that Builders Team has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $431.51 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $431.51 for a gaming console that never worked properly.
