I purchased a warranty package from Precise Justice Services on April 2, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Magnus R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Precise Justice Services will address this issue by train their staff to be more professional.

May 13, 2025 05:27I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The specialty food item from Precise Justice Services not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
