Delayed delivery from Habitat of Royal

I want to report a serious concern with Habitat of Royal's device that I purchased on February 26, 2025 from your Gorczanyfurt, Kansas store. The product has was overcharged for basic service despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Zion R., but my issue remains unresolved. I hope Habitat of Royal will address this issue by provide the promised service.
