I received treatment at Medical Center Wuppertal's Kamronborough, Georgia facility on March 15, 2025. I was billed $46.04 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Presley A. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I expect Medical Center Wuppertal to take responsibility and correct my personal information.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The gaming console from Medical Center Wuppertal not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
