I have been a loyal customer of Consulting, Consulting & Offices Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-7489-SQP-8261) on November 28, 2024, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking Consulting, Consulting & Offices Holdings to make this right by issue a formal apology.

I'm updating my complaint because Consulting, Consulting & Offices Holdings finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the specialty coffee, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
