Frustrated with Consulting, Consulting & Offices Holdings's lack of response

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $202.13 refund only covers part of what I paid for the expedited shipping, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
