Complaint Details
After subscribing to LogicChip's app development on December 4, 2024, I've experienced constant received conflicting information from representatives. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-3053-XRN-6340) and spent hours on calls with Nayeli S. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I expect LogicChip to take responsibility and implement better quality control.

May 17, 2025 05:42Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $49.68 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
